Custom Orders
Because all jerseys are personalized and made based on your design specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Design errors submitted by the customer
Change of mind after order confirmation
We encourage you to double-check all sizing, colors, and design details before completing your purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@nyxovaris.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once we confirm the issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, please reach out to us at support@nyxovaris.com.
